December Admissions News

The holiday season is upon us!

We cannot believe how quickly our first semester is coming to an end. From the admissions’ perspective, that means that the first round of applications is also nearing completion.

By the end of December, we will have our first group of students accepted to the Class of 2026.

We are grateful for the interest you have shown in our school. We do hope that you were able to attend our Open House on October 17th and tour our campus. We hope that our school goals for our young men and women were notable: our mission of empowering young people through the integration of Christian values, academics and practical work experience demonstrated at each touch point of the tour.

Moreover, the prospective 9th graders who attended Viper Day took a survey to let us know how the day went. What struck me the most is how often the word “nice” was written in their comments: “Everyone was so nice”; “Teachers were so nice”.

We, at San Miguel, live our Lasallian core principle of respect for people. A principle that we hope our students carry with them at all times and that was obviously present during Viper Day. Lastly, the application and admissions’ journey is supported by the San Miguel High School community. Everyone in the school has some hand in ensuring that the journey is as seamless as possible. Our hope is that we provide you with the information you need so that you can move the application forward and that you know the important dates of the admissions' process. To that point, included in this newsletter are some updates on the happenings of our school as well as the admissions' important dates. We wish you and your families Merry Christmas. May it be filled with joy and love and hope. May the New Year be happy, healthy and may it be a "Viper" year for you.

Blessings,
Teresa Reyna
