This year, students made holiday cards for veterans in partnership with the American Red Cross initiative, Holiday for Heroes. In this initiative, the American Red Cross reaches out to state homes, V.A. Hospitals, and retirement homes with messages of holiday cheer for veterans. San Miguel students contributed 90 holiday cards to this cause, making spirits bright across the community.
