At the beginning of the school year, Chris Ortega (Fleet Logistics Manager), Cory Henley (Area Manager), and Derrick Law (Area Car Sales Manager) from Enterprise Holdings visited campus to present Enterprise Holdings Foundation's ROAD Forward contribution to San Miguel.
Not only that, but Ortega, Henley, and Law also volunteered their time to ride along with sophomore interns on their way to their first day of their Corporate Work Study job.
"I loved once you got one kid to talk, the rest of the van opened up. I was also impressed with how all of the kids had an idea of what they wanted to be. I remember being that young and not having a clue," Ortega reflected. "I think that speaks to the school’s culture and preparation they put into the curriculum. By allowing these students to be exposed to corporate structure at an early age, I believe is key to ensuring they have a window into their future."
