San Miguel's college counseling center celebrates College and Career and Awareness month throughout October. Events include visits from university representatives, campus visits, and college t-shirt Fridays.
College visits are an especially important aspect of students' exploration as they determine which schools might best “fit” them. The seniors' most recent visit to the University of Arizona allowed them to explore different majors via the 'A Center', glimpse residential life at the W.A. Franke Honors College, and view the work of local artists at the Center for Creative Photography.
