On Friday, November 18, San Miguel welcomed over 30 local Tucson businesses, organizations, and vocations to campus for Career Day. After a welcome message from the VP of Corporate Work Study, Samantha Miller, students explored different career opportunities through conversations with company representatives. Students also attended presentations given by representatives.
"Career Day is such an incredible opportunity for our students - we are so grateful for the companies and organizations who share their time with SMHS to offer students the chance to ask questions, learn about various industries, and discover career paths they may not have even known about," said Ms. Sarah Ochoa, CWSP Student Development and Operations Manager.
