Alumni spotlight: Isabella Chamseddine, BH therapist-LAC (Class of 2008)

San Miguel welcomed guest speaker Isabella Chamseddine (SMHS Class of 2008) on December 2nd. As a therapist in the Tucson community, she spoke to students with her unique perspective as a former student, and shared her high school and life experiences, skills that were helpful as a student, considerations for final exams, and coping skills to deal with stress.

Graduating from San Miguel in 2008, Isabella went on to obtain her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Arizona (2012). In 2019 she graduated from Grand Canyon University with her master’s in professional counseling. 

She has worked as a juvenile detention officer, case manager at Casa De Los Ninos, intake specialist at MHC and is currently a telehealth therapist with MHC.
