Every new year brings a time of reflection - of what we have accomplished and what our new year goals will be.
San Miguel CWSP is proud of the work that was accomplished in 2022 and is now heavily focused on manifesting a successful 2023.
Last December, each supervisor received a mid-year survey that provides invaluable data for the SMHS CWSP team. As we set our goals, feedback is one of the most critical tools that our team uses to better assist our student-workers as they continue to improve and develop their workplace skills.
