Supervisors Commentary:
Danna has been a part of our 4Tucson family since last year, and through this time she has grown.
She has shown improvement through her adaptability, initiative, communication skills, and being a team player.
Through staff meetings, she incorporates herself into the discussions, and organizes all our ideas.
Danna takes care of a handful of our marketing materials, from flyers to social media. Her knowledge has provided a great support to this organization, allowing her to grow along with us.
Danna has participated in events we have held, where she has shown great attention to detail, when we needed things organized a specific way, along with enforcing her communication skills as she interacted with those who attended, to get them to where they needed to be.
During the time that Danna has been with us she has become independ- ent, which we especially see when she identifies and corrects small details we don’t mention, she continues to demonstrate anticipatory support.
Overall, we have seen the growth that Danna has had, which is why we would like to nominate her for a Shining Star Award.
Danna ha sido parte de nuestra familia 4Tucson desde el año pasado y durante este tiempo ha crecido.
Ella ha mejorado a través de su adaptabilidad, iniciativa, habilidades de comuni- cación y siendo una jugadora de equipo.
A través de las reuniones de personal, ella se incorpora a las discusiones y organiza todas nuestras ideas. Danna se encarga de algunos de nuestros materiales de marketing, desde volantes hasta redes sociales. Su conocimiento ha brindado un gran apoyo a esta organización, permitiéndole crecer junto con nosotros.
Danna ha participado en eventos que hemos realizado, donde ha mostrado una gran atención a los detalles, cuando necesitábamos que las cosas se organicen de una manera específica, además de reforzar sus habilidades de comuni- cación al interactuar con los asistentes, para llevarlos a donde debían estar.
Durante el tiempo que Danna ha estado con nosotros se ha independizado, lo que vemos especialmente cuando identifica y corrige pequeños detalles que no mencionamos, sigue demostrando apoyo anticipatorio.
En general, hemos visto el crecimiento que ha tenido Danna, por lo que nos gustaría nominarla para un premio Shining Star.
