Shining Star - Senior Winner / Corporate Partner: Cushman & Wakefield | Picor

There are many reasons Aracely is worthy of the Shining Star Awards but I'll just mention a few. 

• She is a leader and has taken the lead with our 2- member Student Worker team. 
• She also did this in the 2021-2022 school year. 
• She is skilled at keeping projects on track and does an excellent job of completing tasks from start to finish. 
• She also has the ability to follow directions and asks the right questions. 
• She has a strong work ethic and it didn't go unnoticed. 

Our environment is very lax and a culture of trust. 

In other words, we trust our employees will do their job until they give a reason not to trust. 

Aracely was always trustworthy of her time and completing tasks or working towards a project completion with very little supervision. 

I assigned Aracely a task to gather historic gas prices and enter the data on a spreadsheet. She found an online resource and created a spreadsheet that was perfect. I did not need to revise it in anyway and it was used to make a decision on how to reimburse our building engineer for mileage during the high gas prices. 

Also, I often ask her to work directly with IT to resolve the SharePoint issues related to her scanning project. 

She is capable because she is mature and has good judgement. The most important reason she should be considered for the Shining Star Award is because she contributes to our organization at a high level. Her contributions are at an employee level and she should be recognized for this.

Hay muchas razones por las que Aracely es merecedora de los Premios Shining Star, pero solo mencionaré algunas. 

• Ella es una líder y ha tomado la iniciativa con nuestro equipo de Trabajadores Estudiantiles de 2 miembros. 
• También hizo esto en el año escolar 2021-2022. 
•  Ella es experta en mantener los proyectos en marcha y hace un excelente trabajo al completar las tareas de principio a fin. 
• También tiene la capacidad de seguir instrucciones y hacer las preguntas correctas. 
• Ella tiene una fuerte ética de trabajo y es algo que lo notamos. 

Nuestro ambiente en el trabajo es muy laxo y una cultura de confianza. 

En otras palabras, confiamos en que nuestros empleados harán su trabajo hasta que den una razón para no confiar. Aracely siempre fue confiable en su tiempo y en completar tareas o trabajar para completar un proyecto con muy poca supervisión. 

Le asigné a Aracely la tarea de recopilar los precios históricos de la gasolina e ingresar los datos en una hoja de cálculo. Encontró un recurso en línea y creó una hoja de cálculo que era perfecta. No necesité revisarlo de ninguna manera y se usó para tomar una decisión sobre cómo reembolsar a nuestro ingeniero de construcción por el kilometraje durante los altos precios de la gasolina. 

Además, muchas veces le pido que trabaje directamente con TI para resolver los problemas de SharePoint relacionados con su proyecto de escaneo. Ella es capaz porque es madura y tiene buen juicio. 

La razón más importante por la que debería ser considerada para el Premio Shining Star es porque contribuye a nuestra organización a un alto nivel. Sus contribuciones son a nivel de empleado y debería ser reconocida por esto.
