Participating were athlethes from SMHS Boys and Girls Soccer teams and they were ready to go when the sounding start went off.
Just a bit later, San Miguel staff members were there at the finish line to greet them as they crossed - exhuberant and excited.
Staff and family members were also volunteering to hand out medallions to every single participant who crossed the finish line.
Among the hundreds of runners and cyclists, were significant large teams from the Children’s Clinics and the Pasqua Yaqui Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Program.
We were blessed to collaborate with El Tour de Tucson and Run Tucson at the Finish Line, and grateful for additional volunteers from the Western Group office of AAA.
