Ten seniors had their work featured at the Pima Library's 29th Annual High School Art Invitational at the Joel D. Valdez Library in March.
Melissa Schwindenhammer, the Art Teacher, along with another staff member took three of the seniors to the artists' reception after school on Wednesday, March 28th.
San Miguel artists were Michel L, Daniel I, Rene S, Alma E, and Ashley A, from Studio Art (AP and Intermediate) and Laylah B, Alejandro G, Izeah C, Estrella E, and Gisselle G from Br Martin's Photography Class.
In addition, four Seniors were featured at the Scottsdale Museum of the West for the Youth Art Month exhibition. The students were: Izeah C and Gisselle G from Photography and Aisha G and Julian T from AP Art.
On Thursday, Melissa Schwindenhammer and a staff member headed up to Scottsdale with two students for the artists' reception to view the work.
